DO NOT GET EXCITED ABOUT HIGH RISE CONDOS IN CHANDLER...it ain't gonna happen. At least not any time soon. The rendering above is of a project that has long ago failed. It was called Elevation Chandler and it is the concrete hulk at the east side of Chandler mall. Lord only knows when and what will ever happen there. My guess is that it will sit there for years until the value of the land is high enough for a developer to buy the dirt and tear down the concrete in order to build something entirely different.

If in the meantime we hear of anything else urban going on in Chandler we'll be sure to let you know right here.
