Glendale

Except for The Quarter, pictured above, there really isn't much in the way of urban living in Glendale. However, we think with the charming downtown Glendale has plus the huge investments in retail, hotel, and entertainment venues Glendale is sure to ultimately "go urban."

We'll build a page for The Quarter soon. The architecture is cool and it's reasonably close to the action. Also, prices took a beating over the last several years so there just might be a good deal to be had.
