There really isn't a whole heck of a lot going on with urban living in Mesa. We believe that this will change as the light rail gains more popularity along Apache Boulevard. With all the vacant land and under optimized projects along the light rail in Mesa one would think that its ripe for the develoopment. Of course with things so slow in real estate right now it might be several years before we see anything new. Nonetheless, ultimately we think that we'll see some smaller, live/work style projects on Apache Boulevard.

For what its worth we're already getting calls from people asking for that kind of product. Unfortunately we have nothing to turn them to for the time being.
