Phoenix loft community, Artisan Lofts on Central is a great value, with great architecture, and a lot of style. Artisan Lofts on Central began as notes on a beverage napkin belonging to Eric Brown of Artisan Homes. Walk out hte door and enjoy Cheauvront's Restaurant, go down the road to Portlands or Thai House, catch the light rail and head downtown or to Tempe and more. The floor plans are very open, very bright, very cool and very urban. We really like them. Built in 2002.
