Artisan Lofts Osborn
914 E. Osborn Road, Phoenix, AZ, 85014
Located across from the Phoenix Country Club. Similar to the Artisan on Central, this is a 5 storey building with 40 units; 13 out of the 40 are two-story units. The lofts range in size from 1,000 to a little under 3,000 sq. ft. and some have great views. The pool and "fitness center" are lame but you'll love the style and the architecture. These are worth checking out. The re-sale units are warehouse style lofts with concrete floors and sparse amenities. Artisan on Osborn was built in 2001, well before the boom, so the appreciation curve was much less dramatic than boom buildings built over the following four years. As a result it's possible to get what we consider to be very "make sense" deals in this building.
