In response to Jay Mohma's comment it's not that we have to "get a clue" its that no sales have taken place at the very small Beadleview Lofts since 2006. At that time 215 E Catalina Drive sold for $722,500. I would love for all of the data on wku to be current but with thousands of pages of content sometimes things slip through the cracks. Jay, rather than being so caustic how 'bout adding something constructive (i.e. sales of comparable properties to Beadleview, opinion of the current market, what you think Beadleview is worth and why or anything of value)?
