CityNorth is surrounded by some of the strongest housing growth in the country and the highest incomes in Phoenix. It offers unparalleled access. And, it is entitled with the highest density and widest range of uses outside of downtown Phoenix.

As with the retail and dining components, CityNorth offers an array of urban residential options integrated with the project's other uses. Townhomes, luxury highrise condominiums and "in-town" apartments above retail shops and restaurants are all in the mix.

B - You just did. Seriously though, we strive to keep content on this site current. Overall, I think you will find that our content/opinions are more relevant and current than any other real estate agent site out there. But, we do miss some things. Sorry. But it is for this reason that I included this "comment" section to each property page so that readers, like you, can add current information as they come across it. I would like to know when you will update this site to indicate the large anchor stores have backed out and the development is headed for auction.
