B - You just did. Seriously though, we strive to keep content on this site current. Overall, I think you will find that our content/opinions are more relevant and current than any other real estate agent site out there. But, we do miss some things. Sorry. But it is for this reason that I included this "comment" section to each property page so that readers, like you, can add current information as they come across it.
