Fairway Lodge at the Biltmore is a three story condominium community in the heart of the world famous Biltmore Resort and Golf Course with easy access to all that the Biltmore and Camelback Corridor has to offer.

Fairway Lodge at the Biltmore is the first new home community built in the Biltmore Resort area in over ten years. It's a Mihajlo Popovich and RSP Architects modern designed community that maintains the timeless elegance and style of the neighboring Biltmore Resort and Spa. It's well constructed with solid block exterior walls and 16 inch demising walls. The interiors have ten foot ceilings, open floor plans and lots of glass and light.

Half of the 75 residences overlook the Adobe Golf Course with city views in the distance while the remaining condominiums have mountain views to the north. Floor plans range from two to three bedrooms with 1,780 to over 3,000 square feet. Kitchen appliances include either Wolf or Viking with Sub-Zero refrigerators. Kitchen cabinet options are hickory, maple or alder. Overall the kitchens and general style is rather traditional, especially for WKU standards but about half of the people who joined us on a tour of Fairway Lodges voted them number one on the tour and they were all urban enthusiasts. Goes to show you that it takes all types to make this urban thing work!

Building amenities include a gorgeous lobby complete with a private bar, club room with plasma screen television, conference room, caterer's kitchen for private parties, wine cellar, baby grand piano, outdoor barbecue, terrace and fireplace, a beautiful pool, a great fitness center, easy access to fitness trails and jogging and biking paths, spa facilities, underground parking (two spaces per residence), 24 hour surveillance cameras, regular security patrols, plus discounted rates to the Arizona Biltmore Resort and Spa and priority tee times at the Biltmore Golf Club.
