Lofts at Fillmore

387 N. 2nd Avenue, Phoenix, AZ, 85003

Lofts at Fillmore was built in 1916 but refurbished and converted into 18 condominiums in 2000. It was one of the first urban condo projects in downtown Phoenix.

The interiors display the original red brick walls with exposed ductwork and electrical conduit, in some cases Australian Cypress hardwood floors or exposed concrete, some balconies, some basements (believe it or not), private parking, private laundry, and just really cool space in a very "community" oriented building.

It's real close to light rail (about a 7 minute walk) plus ASU and downtown. A very unique property.

If you would like to learn more, see floor plans or a site map, or tour the site, give us a call or shoot us an e-mail and we’ll take care of you.
