Tony - Yeah west of 7th Street would be fantastic! But I'm happy to see that the area in general seems to be improving.

I love this development but hate the neighborhood. It would be perfect if it was on the other side of 7th st. in the Evans Churchill neighborhood.

Is this development in a safe area? I'm looking for an urban area but because i'm new to the area, i'm not sure this neighborhood is safe.
