What are the problems?

Any problems with Regency? There are 12 units for sale. Is there an upcoming assessment? unit 2005 is listed for sale again....what's wrong with that unit? Your insight is appreciated!

Regency is Great!

In my opinion, Regency has the best floor plans, views and common space in town. We have lived here for 10 years and we love it. It has a great community, concerned owners. The renovation taking place will just make that better. We are very excited about the project. You can not find the outside space the larger units have in other highrises.

will, as a owner in that building, it is not only important as well as ethical to inform a prospective buyer of the condition of Regency. It is a wonderful place but some issues have come up for us and we were not informed when we bought which we find highly unethical.

Will - I'm interested in knowing what the problem is with the "condition" of the Regency as well as the HOA rumors. Can you fill me in please as I was interested in looking at a unit in that building.

If you are considering buying at Regency House be sure to investigate the condition of the building in general and the financial condition of the HOA as there are some things rumored to be going on. For more info give us a call.
