Stella is super super cool with clean contemporary lines, open flowing spaces, sexy finishes, tons of light, and flat out panache.

These are three story dwellings with 1900 square feet, two bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and private 2 car garages. The finishes are a cut above what we typically see in in-fill lofts / condos here in Phoenix with custom 'floating' steel and walnut stairways, floor to ceiling glass, exposed masonry, walnut flooring, great lighting, European hardware and fixtures, stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, natural stone floors and walls in the bathrooms, and unexpected combinations of material and colors.

Downside? The location is VERY urban in feel but not really pedestrian friendly. However, if you are into design then Stella is definitely worth checking out.

My agent took me inside the model about a month ago. Loved the units but the distance from downtown and lack of private outdoor space doesn't meet our search criteria. Also, though they are priced appropriately, they are just out of our range. Would love to see some units like this downtown in the years to come though!

Fantastic

Stella condos are the most beautiful, well designed and artistic living spaces I have toured in phoenix. The layout, materials and craftsmanship are second to none and most importantly they are appropriately priced. The only drawback is the lack of private outdoor space. I want one!!!
