I wish we had a central site to visit for lofts in Los Angeles. While the loft market has surged it seems marketing the lofts is still between apartments and condos instead of a category all to itself.

It is truly a dream come true for people to be able to get these at such affordable rates!! It will help to save a lot since most of them are centrally located and in the middle of all the activity!! The last apartment I lived in was perfect, except for one thing: thin walls. At first it wasn\'t a big deal, but it eventually drove me crazy. Would there be an opportunity to look at an actual unit and not a model so I can make an accurate assessment on potential noise pollution. Thanks!

It is true before some time renters are really having tough time finding such lofts and high rise condos. But now as the demand is reduced, investors are fighting for renters and prices are also reasonable.
