4020 Lofts in Old Town Scottsdale started as an ugly, run down, three story office building in a great location, literally around the corner from Some of Scottsdale's best restaurants, bars and galleries.

The condos range in size from 800 to 1,200 square feet and originally started in the low $400k's (at least that's what the developer was asking). Each condo came with extra high ceilings (12 foot???), contemporary finishes, and some sort of outside space (i.e. balcony or roof top access.

Unfortunately, the developer came a little late to the dance and missed out on all the action. That is, they missed the boom and have resorted to renting these out instead of trying to sell them right now.
