Artesia is a huge community of 480 residences on 44 acres developed by Starpointe Communities. It's located on the old Radisson Resort site east of Scottsdale Road just north of Indian Bend. This isn't what we would normally include in WKU but since it's "mixed use" we've thrown it in.
