Scott - I have not heard about the construction issues at Astragal. What have you heard? In general I really like Astragal. The location isn't really urban but for North Scottsdale its at least somewhat walkable and I like the style of the condos. Are you consideringe buying or renting there? W

Great website, thanks. I understand Astragal had some structural issues that were resolved this summer ... do you have any details? Also, do you feel that this is a quality condo development?
