The location is pretty darn good for the price. It's just south of Indian School and just east of Miller making it an easy walk to Scottsdale Civic Center, surrounding bars and restaurants, Spring baseball games and a short bike ride from the heart of all the action

Located in the Biltmore Fashion area, close to stores, shops, and restaurants. Short walks to Saks 5th Ave., Macy's and over 50 shops. Across the street is the Ritz Carlton Hotel and the Camelback Esplanade. Beautiful condos. Price Range: Starting at $224,900 to $339,900
