Sage is a small townhome (16) and condominium (34) community tucked away in a little corner of Scottsdale literally a five minute walk from Scottsdale Road and Camelback. Condominiums and townhomes range from 2-3 bedrooms and 1500-2000 square feet with prices starting in the low $300k range.

There are six different floor plans to choose from and all are nicely finished with hardwood floors, slab granite, Dacor, Bosch and Grohe fixtures and appliances. Many of the residences have modest views of Camelback Mountain or The Superstitions. I find the interiors to be somewhat like The Mark except larger and more open.

Community amenities include underground and secure parking, a very nicely furnished 3400 square club room with caterers kitchen, a wine cellar with owner lockers, a wi-fi enabled conference room and business center, a good size pool, jetted hot spa, BBQ area, and fitness center.

It is so difficult to find good homes these days and finding places like this must be a big help for people hunting for affordable homes. I am certainly planning to check out the floor plans and site map and if I find it to my specifications, will take it from there!!

People who love to stay in small towns will certainly like Scottsdale a lot and from the photo it certainly looks a peaceful area. It is so difficult to find good homes these days and finding places like this must be a big help for people hunting for affordable homes.
