The developer of X or Ten Wine Lofts, Grace Communities, broke ground on this true loft style community late in 2005 and had hoped to begin delivering new condos in early 2008. Unfortunately a slowing real estate market and the bankruptcy of its construction lender slowed things to a screeching halt. Ultimately the developer went under and lost the property. Now a new investor has come along and purchased the condos with the intention of renting them out.

Ten Wine Lofts are located just west of Scottsdale Road on the north side of Osborn Road. It's walking or biking distance from Scottsdale Civic Center and Old Town Scottsdale and the more than eighty fantastic restaurants, night clubs, bars, shops, spas, art galleries, art museums, live theater, movie theaters, and coffee shops in the area. It's about a mile and a half from Scottsdale Fashion Square and the Waterfront area. A very nice location indeed.

The community features underground parking garage, central courtyard with heated pool , state of the art fitness center, a business center, and large open lofts with spacious terraces, huge windows and fantastic interiors with 9' 6'' ceilings. Finishes include granite slab countertops in kitchen and baths, contemporary style Canac cabinets in kitchen and baths, Whirlpool Gold appliances, gas cook-tops, under counter Uline deluxe wine chiller (ah, now you understand the name :-), Kohler bathroom fixtures, 16 inch porcelain tile floors in baths, Grohe plumbing trim, and one underground parking space per bedroom.

WARNING!!!

i live in ten wine loft and i'm very unhappy with the way debra fox is dealing with the "orders" as she calls it,of fixing the issues that are happening in the complex,the jacuzzi light its been out for almost 3 months now after i told her twice, lights around the complex are out and been for almost 6 months,piggen feathers and poop all over the property as well as the stairs are super dirty and a new homeless person who lives under the stairs now on the cvs street side,i asked what was the temperature of the pool and she does not want to say but its cold and NOT the temperature she claims to be,the jacuzzi its freezing cold at times,my units needs some work and its been 7 week waiting for my problems to be fixed and i'm still waiting i'm begining to think that in here theres a "face" before you sings the lease and another "face" after you singed the lease....this might have to be a mistake to move here

Floor Plan

I am interested in the floor plan for the X Ten Wine Lofts, It is a very interesting building and I am hoping to use it as a focus for my architecture class. Any floor plans, blueprints or other media you might have for the place would be a huge help to my grade. I would appreciate any help.

Sorry but this place is completely abandoned. It's bizarre to walk around it and see the dying palm trees and badly neglected landscaping. There's human waste all over the stairs leading up to the entrances as well. It's bizarre that nothing is being done with it. Seems like there's no progress being made on the bankruptcy of the owning company.
