312 South is an architecturally interesting property that combines a brownstone lay out with contemporary south western styling. Frankly the style of this property does not really fit within the subjective parameters of wku but because the community is "in-fill" and because it is so close to Tempe Mill Avenue and more we are featuring it here.

The exteriors of the properties combine stacked stone with smooth stucco and copper panels for a really unique look. The interiors offer stained concrete floors and 20' ceilings and stacked windows with traditional walnut stained cabinets (like we said Desert Living meets Contact Magazine).

There are 2 and 3 bedroom floor plans ranging from 1502 to 1810 square feet, all with two stories and all with attached two car garages. Prices are about $250 per square foot as of November 2008 which isn't bad for new construction in the area.
