Hayden Ferry Update

Today the MLS shows 4 condos actively for sale at Bridgeview at Hayden Ferry Lakeside with one sale in the last six months. The least expensive condo is listed at $278 per square foot.

BTW these numbers do not include any brand new condos for sale by the developer.

Phil is right about the staff and I think that the condos and the community in general are among the nicest in the Valley.

Actually there are 40 sold and 64 remaining. I was just there yesterday and it is by far the nicest of any condo projects in the valley. You must go see them if your thinking of a condo. The most informative, knowledgeable, friendly sales staff in the business. Our friends moved in last fall and love it.

I've been trying to figure out how many of the condos were purchased since 2005, now I know. As of last month of the 104 total condominiums in Bridgeview at Hayden Ferry 35 are owned by private individuals while the remaining 69 are still owned by the developer. It's still one of my favorite buildings in the Valley but I don't like that there are so many still for sale.
