Edgewater at Hayden Ferry Lakeside is an eight-story 40 condominium contemporary styled building right on Tempe Town Lake. It is the first of four proposed buildings in the residential component of Hayden Ferry Lakeside, at Mill Avenue and Rio Salado Parkway.

Update Edgewater at Hayden Ferry

There are currently ten condos for sale on the MLS at Edgewater at Hayden Ferry Lakeside. Of these the least expensive condo is listed at $262 per square foot.
