Farmer Avenue Lofts

352 S. Farmer Avenue, Tempe, AZ, 85281

Located from 352 to 398 South Farmer Avenue, Farmer Avenue Lofts includes 18 unique 3-story urban town homes. The developer claims that the architecture of the community was inspired by the late architect, Al Beadle, famous for his angular, contemporary designs.

It's located about a quarter mile from Tempe's Mill Avenue and Town Lake, a convenient location to nightlife, shopping, dining, employment opportunities and the new light rail system.

These urban town homes feature two or three bedroom/two and a half or three and a half bath models in 13 different floorplans. They offer ground floor entrances, 2-car enclosed garages and spacious living spaces. And, six homes along Farmer Avenue incorporate a "Live/Work" design for those interested in a convenient, home-based business. These plans are pushed out to the sidewalk to introduce pedestrian interest and to provide separate, direct street access. These are ideal for a real estate or insurance office, an intimate art gallery or light retail or ???

Prices were originally advertised ranging from $290/sf to $315/sf or $745,300 to $768,600. To see current prices click on the "For Sale" button up on the right.

Owner of We Know Urban Realty
Laurie - Monthly HOA fees at Farmer Avenue Lofts are about $230. Unfortunately there are none for sale at the moment. Regarding the lake? You can see it in the distance from the roof.

What are the HOA fees on the property and can you see the lake from top floors?

Any update if financing is available to purchase these units; current pricing and how many units have closed?

Word on the street is that last week the construction loan/note for the entire Farmer Avenue Loft project sold for approximately $1.7 million. If this is true then the buyers got a steal at approx $100,000 per condo. Look for these to sell in the not too distant future once the foreclosure is completed.
