Proposed residential high rise condominium.

This 140 unit condo tower will have approximately 130,000 square feet of straight residential space, 12,000 square feet of live/work and 10,000 square feet of straight retail space.

In 2006 the architectural firm, Circle West Architects, won the American Institute of Architects Arizona Citation for outstanding design of unbuilt architecture for its work on Landsource.

It's supposed to be completed in late 2009 but since they haven't broken ground yet we'll see. Stay tuned for more...
