I would like to come and see the facility sometime. Im interested in a 2 bedroom apartment as well as a 4 bedroom apartment. When would be a good time to come in?

i am interested in renting a 2 bedroom condo in north shore from ist August till june 15th, 2011. I have budget of USD 12000 payable in advance in one check. Pls advise if you have something toi suit my requirements
