ALL - PLEASE KNOW THAT "RENTER" IS REFERRING TO THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY OF THE PROPERTY AND NOT US. We are real estate agents specializing in urban condos and lofts. We are NOT affiliated with the owner of Regency or the management. Having said that, I am very grateful to "Renter" for sharing his or her bad experiences. Maybe this will save someone else from making a decision that they might regret.

Treehouse Group Realty & Property Management & THE REGENCY CONDO\'s- I will have to go against everything the review below says. This group is UNRELIABLE; DOES NOT COMMUNICATE WITH EACHOTHER; Allowed a Homeless man to be sleeping in my complexes laundry room; Unethically cashed a check for rent that was one month early; Does not return phone calls until you leave 3-5 voicemails and even then you have to sneak your call to get them to answer.

HORRIBLE. I will never live in a complex with this management group ever ever ever again. If I could end my lease now; I would.
