Join WKU as we bus to high rise and loft condos all over Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Tempe

Tours On Hold as of May 26, 2009

Bus tours of high rise and loft short sales and foreclosures are temporarily on hold. We'll pick them back up in the next couple of months so periodically check this page or the home page of WeKnowUrban for updates. IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN VIEWING FORECLOSURE OR SHORT SALE CONDOS AS A POTENTIAL BUYER THEN CONTACT US AS WE ARE STILL CONDUCTING PRIVATE TOURS, the bus tours just got to big and overwhelming and we prefer the 'face to face' time that personal tours allow.

When you register you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging your registration. The e-mail will also contain a link to a page with details on where and when we are meeting etc...

Our High Rise and Loft Tours are monthly bus tours showcasing urban communities around Phoenix, Tempe and Scottsdale. We physically tour several condos/models so be prepared to walk. Throughout the tour we discuss the history, strengths and weaknesses, and future potential of the various building and the urban market in general. All types of people join us (urban enthusiasts like you plus developers, interior decorators, real estate agents, students, etc...) so we always have dynamic and interesting conversation.

If you want to join us then click the "Register Now!" button at the top right of this page. Please know that registrations are essentially an RSVP. Your seat will not be considered "guaranteed" until we receive payment.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who can attend?
We welcome everyone, including those who are shopping for a high rise or loft condo, folks who are "just curious," urban enthusiasts, students, developers, real estate agents and their clients (extra charge) and more.

Are there any "dress" requirements?
YES. Because we often visit construction sites, EVERYONE is required to wear long pants and closed toe shoes.

What day is the tour?
Our tours are held on the second (2ND) Saturday of each month. Sometimes due to holidays we have to move the tour to a different day. In those cases this web page will be altered to reflect that date.

What time is the tour?
The tour starts promptly at 10:00am and runs until approximately 1:15pm (give or take about twenty minutes).

Where does the tour meet?
Since the itinerary changes every month so too does the starting point. To learn where the next tour meets, simply register and you will receive an e-mail with pertinent information.

What area will the next tour cover?
The general area that we will be visiting on our next tour and the specific buildings which are TENTATIVELY scheduled are outlined at the top of this page.

Will we actually go inside condos within each community?
On every tour we visit several homes (usually 6-8 homes minimum). However, due to time constraints we do not see homes in each of the communities that we discuss or visit. Believe me when I say that our tours will satisfy your need for an urban "fix" but leave you wanting to see more on the next tour. Many of our attendees join us every single month to learn what's hot and what's not in high rise and loft living in the Valley.

What is the cost?
General Public $7.50 per person
Realtors $15 per person
People that already 'have a realtor' $15 per person

How do I pay for the tour?
After you register a web page will automatically open explaining the various ways to pay AND giving you an opportunity to pay right then and there. We try to make it super simple to pay by accepting check, cash, and even credit card payments via Google Checkout and PayPal. WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE YOU TO PAY RIGHT AWAY TO RESERVE YOUR SEAT ON THE TOUR AS WE DO SELL OUT.

Can I pay on the day of the tour?
We rarely say "no" to anyone. However, please understand that we often times sell out and those people who pay in advance will be seated before folks paying on the day of the tour. IF YOU ARE IN DOUBT, CALL US. WE'LL LET YOU KNOW HOW THINGS LOOK AND WHETHER OR NOT WE THINK WE'LL HAVE ROOM FOR YOU.

What if I have more questions?
Call us at (480) 510-8755 or e-mail us at info@WeKnowUrban.com.

Join WeKnowUrban and other urban enthusiasts as we tour high rise and loft condos. We visit a different part of town each month, tour the hottest high rises and the coolest lofts, discuss history, amenities, prices, and the future of urban in general. Seats are only $7.50 and they go fast so be sure to register and pay today!

I don\'t have a car right now, so I am hoping to take a bus to a couple of different areas in town to compare neighborhoods, relative safety, proximity to shops, etc. I like an area that is unique, safe, and walkable. Thanks for any suggestions.

Ian,

We are putting a temporary hold on the bus tours; they got too big and we found that we were unable to spend adequate time with everyone. We'd be happy to meet with your friend on an individual basis for a private tour. Let me know if there is any interest. W
