Downtown Phoenix High Rise and Loft Condo Tour: January 12, 2008.

Covering: Summit at Copper Square, 44 Monroe High Rise (pictured above), Orpheum Lofts, Portland 38 Lofts, Roosevelt 11 Lofts

Our Downtown Phoenix tour was a huge success with over 40 attendees and a fantastic display of all that the Phoenix Downtown area has to offer. All the properties were hugely popular but the property that stood out above all others was Orpheum Lofts. It seems that our attendees loved the art deco design and styling of the building in general and the loft condo we toured specifically. You'll see from the photos that the loft had exposed brick walls, exposed loft style ceiling, fantastic finishes and access to a semi-private courtyard off the master bedroom.

But again, all five communities are top notch and are well worth checking out if you are not familiar with them.
