A New Zealand developer plans to build an 84-unit condominium project called O4, a reference to its location at Osborn Road and Fourth Avenue.
The Redwood Group, based in Auckland, will offer condos of one to three stories in contemporary buildings. Construction is scheduled to start in January, according to a Redwood spokeswoman. A sales office will open Saturday at 201 W. Indian School Road. Cambridge Properties is handling sales of the O4 condos.
