New luxury high-rise condominium residences will give urban dwellers more exciting home choices. The new development known as Cielo Phoenix at Central and Columbus will offer its residents unparalleled views and a whole new dimension in city life.
When complete, this two-phase mixed-use project will feature two 36-story high-rise condominium towers, each of which will be comprised of 30 stories of residences available for purchase situated upon six stories of garage parking, together with a five-story loft-style residential building located above ground-level retail and below-ground parking.
In total, Cielo Phoenix will encompass approximately 500 residential condominium units to suit different needs. The towers will offer a mix of studio, and one-, two- and three-bedroom residences ranging from 600 to 3,000 square feet; each also includes a spacious balcony. Additionally, the five-story loft building will offer a total of 25 one- and two-bedroom residences ranging from 1,000 to 1,400 square feet. Prices are expected to range from the $300s to $2 million.
Located on Central Avenue between Indian School and Thomas Roads within easy walking distance of a stop on the new Light Rail line, Cielo Phoenix emphasizes comfort and luxury with features such as SubZero refrigerator/freezers, granite countertops and spacious showers and bath tubs, while relaxing and entertaining are elevated into a decidedly rarefied realm with amenities like a billiards room, putting green, banquet room, and a pool terrace that offers everything from a hot tub/spa and full-length lap pool to an outdoor kitchen. There’s even an outdoor movie theatre and a dog run.
Cielo Phoenix is a joint venture of Aaron Yashouafar, CEO of Milbank Real Estate Services, and David Pourbaba, CEO of 4D Development. Both are noted Southern California developers. Their most recent development is the 45-story luxury high-rise condominium Sky Las Vegas on the Las Vegas Strip (www.Skylasvegas.com), which is now under construction.
