MBJ has been awarded a 36-story residential project in downtown Phoenix, AZ, with Oz Architecture of Denver, CO.
The 800,000 s.f. tower is part of a complex of buildings called The Jet, which includes a future second tower (19 stories), as well as a parking garage and retail, office, and public amenity spaces. Construction is expected to begin in Fall of 2007.
