Luxury residential condo high-rise is tallest on the lake, provides majestic views and features European-inspired interiors
TEMPE, Ariz. – WestStone Communities, one of the top three multi-family residential developers in Ariz., announced today that Onyx Tower, the highly anticipated 26-story, luxury condominium tower with 196 units on Tempe Town Lake, will be opening for sales on Friday, Aug. 17th. Currently planned as the tallest building on the lake, Onyx Tower is situated on the north shore of a site along Playa Del Norte Drive and Rural Road, near Loop 202. The project is scheduled to break ground in the fourth quarter of 2007, with completion expected in late 2009.

The ten penthouses with premium views of the lake include a private, double-car garage as part of the purchase, in response to the growing trend where increasing numbers of affluent condominium home buyers require garages for their high-end automobiles. Penthouse prices are estimated at $1.5 to $2 million.
