Scottsdale, Ariz. — Jerrott Willard, a former University of California Berkeley football player who spent one season in the NFL, is a partner in two new green residential developments announced this week, the Phoenix Business Journal reports.
The two Scottsdale urban loft-style developments, 26forty and 52thirty, will be designed by Moran Architects and will be built using Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) criteria.
Green design elements such as solar panels will be available in the units. Home reservations will start in November; the developers hope to break ground on the project later this year and complete it by late fall 2008.
