Construction Begins on Mitchell Lofts in Phoenix

I received an e-mail today from Tammy Unrein, Project Manager and Sales Rep for Mitchell Lofts, 918 E. Mitchell, you know, the new builds going up just north of Artisan Osborn Lofts. Anyway, I’m posting it here because she wanted to let us know about the project. I wish she had included prices, number of bedrooms/bathrooms, and info on finishes but I bet we’ll get that shortly. What do you think of the renderings?

Hi Will.
I wanted to fill you in on the loft project that we have just broken ground on in Phoenix. The project is called Mitchell Lofts and is located at 914 E. Mitchell Dr., directly across from The Artisan Lofts near Phoenix Country Club.

There are a total of seven lofts in 3 buildings. Each unit is almost 2,200 square feet. We have used a contemporary design inside and outside. Lots of windows, high ceilings, very open. Some of the cooler things about this project is that each unit has a 2 car private garage, and a private roof top deck with amazing views. Developers are thinking these will make for great block parties. Lots of designer finishes will be included. There will be a beautiful common area too with a Ramada and meditation garden. Mitchell Lofts considers itself a smaller project with a large yet intimate feel.

We are really excited to be bringing this product into the new and promising world of Phoenix urban living.
The property is not in the MLS yet, but we are offering a 3% co broke. We have just started construction and the units will be ready at the end of 2008.
