I had a chance to see some amazing spec homes at Optima Camelview last week while on tour with a client. Camelview always stands out with it’s unique architecture and landscaped terraces, now add some smoking deals on completed phase I homes and they have more to offer than ever. My favorite was a 1 bedroom + den on the 5th floor with a HUGE (759 sq ft) landscaped terrace overlooking the pool, priced at $499,000.   2. There are probably some great opportunities at Optima Camelview as that was heavily investor bought (which means some walked away from their units).
