Phoenix Midtown Loft Project Breaking Ground

There’s a piece of dirt sitting behind (just north) of Artisan Lofts on Osborn (9th Street and Osborn Road) that had been rumored to be the future site of a new four or five story loft condo project. I first heard rumors about the proposed project about a year and a half or two years ago but it just sat there and sat there and sat there with no new news or activity at the site. Until now.

There’s a bull dozer on site moving dirt around. We should have a full page on the new project built and installed on WKU within the next couple days. Stay tuned. W
