We posted last week that it appeared that Copper Pointe High Rise Condominiums were not moving forward. We have confirmation that we were correct.
A man representing the former developer of Copper Pointe contacted us to let us know that in fact Copper Pointe would not be built but instead a community called DNA Condominiums will be built. DNA Condominiums is advertised as being a boutique condo community with prices starting from $199,900 for a one bedroom residence. If this holds true, it’s not a bad price point of a new build condominium in the downtown Phoenix area. Proposed amenities for DNA include all the usual; swimming pool, spa, cabanas, plus a “billiard lounge”, mini-movie theater AND an urban bistro and fresh food market AND DNA’s own wine bar and lounge.
No, they’re not building lofts; just condos with 9′ ceilings and modern finishes. BUT, they are just north of downtown proper and a short walk from the light rail so definitely worth checking out.
