		<description>I forgot to mention that the agent who has agents driving at least 80 miles out of their way to get keys (20 miles there to get the keys, 20 miles back to show the property, 20 miles to take the keys back, 20 miles to return home) to show his rental listing BUT he&#039;s also only paying $400 to the agent who successfully brings a tenant.  That&#039;s 1/2 to 1/3 of what his competition is paying.  Talk about a disincentive to do business with the guy!</description>
