In late March presales of mid-rise condominiums began at The Majestic, a 10 story, 181 condo complex at Westgate City Center located at Glendale Avenue and the 101.
The Majestic will have an art deco flavor with condos starting at $400,000 and going to about $2 million. Construction should begin Q3 of 2008.
