Saturday’s high rise and loft condo tour was scheduled to visit Astragal, among other properties. But instead, we just made arrangements to visit CityNorth. CityNorth is a gigantic mixed use community at 56th Street just north of the 101 (just south and east of Desert Ridge). It’s going to have a similar feel to Kierland Commons but a lot bigger.
They’re holding a grand opening event in a couple weeks but we get a chance to check it out tomorrow. If you join us be sure to wear long pants and closed toe shoes as there’s a good chance that we will get a “hard hat” tour of the condominiums. Yeah!!!
