  6. Great post. In the past I haven’t big a big fan of renting but that is slowly changing. Home ownership is certainly a great investment but it depends on when. With many areas having housing equity losses, renting right now is a great short term solution. My wife and I almost bought a home 2 years ago and we are glad we didn’t. We rented and have probably saved a $00,000 in equity that we would have lost in the past couple years. It’s nice to see so many great rental options.
