I have done 3 here in the Dallas area. Not much different then residential, except different contract. The underwriting was fine the only issue was maintence issues and appraisal problems, but all went through.

I didn’t know HUD had a searchable FHA-approved condominium database. That will come in pretty handy when trying to get an FHA loan for condos.
