Optima Buys Property in Scottsdale

We just learned that Optima Development bought Orchid Tree Apartments at the south east corner of Camelback Road and 68th Street.  Optima paid approximately $15M for the property.  We haven’t heard yet what is planned.  Optima has built two residential condo communities in town, Biltmore Towers and Camelview Village but has built commercial office buildings in Chicago and other cities.  Stay tuned….
