965 People Visit WeKnowUrban.com Last Monday

Admittedly, few of you will care about this but it’s a very big deal for us; we had almost one thousand unique visitors” to www.WeKnowUrban.com last Monday (and 907 the Monday prior).

So what?  Well other than the boost to my ego, having so many visitors means great things for our clients.  For sure the more exposure, the more people who see  a property advertisement the more likely the property will sell quicker and for more money.  We monitor the traffic generated by our competitors’ web sites and believe me, none of them come even close to our numbers.  So the folks who hire us to sell or rent their urban real estate have a huge advantage over anyone hiring one of our competitors.

We also believe that web traffic today will reap huge rewards in the future.  After all, if we are getting almost 1,000 visitors in one day in this extremely tough real estate market then our numbers should go through the roof when the market gets better.

If you are considering buying, selling, or renting a high rise condominium, brownstone, row home, or loft in Phoenix, Scottsdale or Tempe then give us a call at (480) 510-8755.  We specialize in the urban market, we’re the number one real estate company in the Valley and we have the numbers to prove it.

  2. For a real estate blog in today’s economy, that is pretty awesome! :) What are your conversion rates though? That is where the “money” is. Keep it up!

  4. That would be feather on your cap right? It’s a very challenging task to make your website many people will visit on it. Good work!

  5. Congratulations, maybe the rising number of visitors that is interested in renting or buying a property in the Valley area also indicates growing confidence in the economy, which would be great as well.

Actually, one thousand unique visitors is really a great result. Keep it on!
