		<description>I agree. The thing that makes short sales so difficult is the lack of communication. The banks simply fail to communicate what to expect, when they are going to get back to you, what they need etc. It leaves a huge level of uncertainty for everyone. If they would just say what is realistic in a timely manner, they wouldn&#039;t be such a headache.</description>

		<description>Short sales are def. good deals for buyers, but as an agent they are a pain in the neck!  I try to avoid them with all my might but in todays market it is virtually impossible.</description>
