		<description>Cities (or individual communities) are NOT created equal.  I just posted a chart on my blog showing that only 5.3% of the home sales in Sun City Grand last year were foreclosures compared to Phoenix which was a staggering 65.9%.  Keep in mind these are taken directly from the MLS and don&#039;t include the auctions, trustee sales or FISBO&#039;s but still shows how different an active retirement community market is compared to overall valley sales.</description>
