I just posted a chart on my blog showing that only 5.3% of the home sales in Sun City Grand last year were foreclosures compared to Phoenix which was a staggering 65.9%. Keep in mind these are taken directly from the MLS and don't include the auctions, trustee sales or FISBO's but still shows how different an active retirement community market is compared to overall valley sales.
