		<description>Arizona homes have recently become very popular to Canadian residents.  Many people here were not hurt by the housing market like in the US, so the prices dropped down there, and many people are buying recreation proerties down there!</description>

		<description>I saw a comment about a new wave of foreclosures about to hit because of resetting loans.  One lender I talked with said that many people already stopped making payments last year because they saw what was coming.  So the last wave of foreclosures may  have a good number of these homes get taken back.</description>
