Construction of unfinished condos at the newly renamed One Lexington (formerly Century Plaza Condominiums) high rise condo building in midtown Phoenix is moving along. Work began on the thirteenth floor about two months ago and has progressed to lower floors since then. At the rate things are going we believe that condos will be ready to go to market within thirty days or so but we will see. Additionally, the lobby and common areas are getting a face lift to offer a “more sophisticated” feel. We really liked the look before so we are expecting a fantastic product when the work is completed.
