Oops! The Real Name is One Lexington Not One Lexington Place

Well, we scooped The Phoenix Business Journal with the news that the building formerly known as Century Plaza got a new name.  However,  I misreported the new name.  It is One Lexington NOT One Lexington Place as I mistakenly wrote yesterday.

The Business Journal did go public with expected starting prices for the soon to be re-released condominiums.  Reportedly prices will start at $165,000 for a one bedroom condo with approximately 734 square feet.  Of course expect prices to go up from there based on floor plan AND the floor on which the condo is located (i.e. higher floors get higher prices).
