Thursday was the grand opening of Regency Condominiums on Lemon Street on the light rail in Tempe.  Its a  former apartment building converted into 44 studios and one bedroom condos starting at $179,000.  It’s a cool mid-century modern building with reportedly great finishes (we haven’t seen the interiors yet).
